How Ovrform collects, screens, and publishes customer reviews, and what we will not publish.
Ovrform does not publish testimonials describing personal or human use of any product. Reviews describing human or veterinary administration, or describing any health, therapeutic, cosmetic, or performance outcome, will not be published.

Ovrform does not publish testimonials describing personal or human use of any product. Reviews describing human or veterinary administration, or describing any health, therapeutic, cosmetic, or performance outcome, will not be published.
This applies regardless of how the outcome is described, whether it is framed as a personal experience, a result, an anecdote, or a report about another person or animal.

No Compensation for Reviews
We do not pay for reviews, do not offer discounts, credits, refunds, free product, or contest entries in exchange for reviews, and never condition any benefit on a review being positive.

We Do Not Suppress Unfavorable Reviews
We do not delete or withhold reviews because they are unfavorable. Reviews are withheld only when they fall outside the publishing limits described in this policy, or when they are unlawful, fraudulent, off-topic, or contain another person’s private information.

Disclosure of Connections
Anyone with a connection to Ovrform, including employees, contractors, owners, and their family members, must disclose that connection in any review.

What Reviews May Address
Reviews may address matters within the scope of what Ovrform sells and supports: material identity and labeling, lot documentation and certificates of analysis, packaging and cold-chain condition on arrival, shipping speed, ordering, billing, and customer support.
