Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Once Shipped
IMPORTANT: Due to the temperature-sensitive and stability-controlled nature of research chemicals, all sales are final once shipped. Ovrform cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have left our facility because we cannot verify that proper storage conditions have been maintained during return transit. This Policy protects both Ovrform and our customers by ensuring product integrity.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted only before shipment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been tendered to a carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified. To request cancellation before shipment, contact support@ovrform.com immediately with your order number. We will confirm eligibility. Orders canceled before shipment receive a full refund to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. A $25.00 processing fee may be deducted to offset fulfillment preparation costs.

The Ovrform Quality Guarantee
Ovrform stands behind the purity and accuracy of every product. If you independently have a Ovrform product tested by an accredited, HPLC-certified third-party laboratory, and the resulting Certificate of Analysis (COA) demonstrates a purity level below the percentage stated on the product COA or a quantity variance greater than 10% from the labeled amount, then we will: Issue a full refund of the product cost and initial shipping fees, or replace the product, or issue store credit, at Ovrform’s sole option and discretion. Further, Ovrform may reimburse the reasonable costs associated with the third-party laboratory testing upon Ovrform’s verification of the test results directly from the third-party testing laboratory facility. Anecdotal or subjective reports will not be processed.
Salt Form and Yield: This guarantee applies to the active component as scientifically established. Researchers are responsible for understanding the yield of specific salt forms, for example, a peptide salt yielding a different quantity of free peptide.

Manufacturing Defects
If you believe you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, meaning the product fails to conform to the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis at the time of shipment, you must notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
To report a suspected defect, email support@ovrform.com with: (a) your order number; (b) the product name and lot or batch number; (c) a description of the suspected defect; and (d) any supporting documentation, photographs, or independent testing results. Ovrform will review your claim and, if a defect is confirmed, will replace the product or issue a refund at its sole option.

Shipping Damage
If your order arrives visibly damaged or with compromised packaging: (a) photograph the damage before opening or discarding any packaging, including the exterior shipping carton and internal packaging; (b) notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at support@ovrform.com; and (c) retain all packaging materials. Ovrform will replace or refund at its sole option.

Missing Items
Ovrform maintains fulfillment verification and photographic documentation for every order before dispatch. If your shipment is incomplete, contact support@ovrform.com within three (3) business days of delivery with your order number and the specific item details. If our records confirm an item was omitted, we will ship the missing product at no additional cost.

Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that does not match your order, contact support@ovrform.com within seven (7) days of receipt with your order number and a description. Ovrform will ship the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Lost Shipments
Ovrform requires a ten (10) business-day waiting period from the date of carrier pickup before a package can be classified as lost and an insurance claim initiated. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier directly and file a claim. Shipping protection does not extend to packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items
No product may be returned. The following are listed to identify the categories that fall outside every exception in this policy, including the Quality Guarantee:
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or partially used.
- Products where the seal has been broken or tampered with.
- Products for which the Purchaser cannot provide proof of purchase.
- Products as to which no claim was made within the notice period stated for the applicable exception.

Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only for: (a) orders canceled before shipment; (b) verified manufacturing defects; (c) verified shipping errors attributable to Ovrform; or (d) verified Quality Guarantee claims. Refunds are not available for change of mind, ordering errors, or products improperly stored after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except for Ovrform errors or Quality Guarantee claims.

Chargeback Policy
Ovrform encourages Purchasers to contact support@ovrform.com to resolve any issue before contacting their financial institution. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution through Ovrform violates these terms. Any account associated with an unauthorized chargeback will be permanently banned. Ovrform will provide the financial institution with complete order history, shipping records, fulfillment verification photographs, and checkout attestation records as evidence. Should a chargeback be resolved in favor of Ovrform, a $52.00 administrative fee will be applied.

No Subscription or Automatic Renewal
Ovrform does not offer subscription, auto-ship, standing order, or automatically renewing purchase programs. No charge is made to any payment method without a new order and a new checkout attestation. There is nothing to cancel.

Storage Requirements
Products must be stored in accordance with the specifications on the label and Certificate of Analysis. Failure to maintain proper storage conditions may result in product degradation. Ovrform bears no responsibility for products improperly stored after delivery, and claims based on degradation due to improper storage will not be honored.

Shipping
Ovrform ships within the United States only. Products are shipped with appropriate temperature controls when required. Risk of loss and title pass to Purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Ovrform is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond Ovrform’s control. Ovrform does not offer concealed, unmarked, or “discreet” shipping.

Regulatory Status
Products are labeled “For Research Use Only” and are not FDA-approved for any indication. “Research Use Only” is a labeling convention used by Ovrform. It is not a designation, approval, exemption, or safe harbor recognized by the FDA for drug-class substances, and it confers no regulatory status on any product.
Ovrform is solely a supplier of research chemicals. It is not a 503A compounding pharmacy or a 503B outsourcing facility, and it is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or pharmaceutical manufacturer.
The regulatory landscape for research chemicals is changing rapidly at both the federal and state level. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction, including any state law restricting the use of research-grade material in compounding.

Policy Changes
Ovrform reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Website. The policy in effect at the time of your order governs that transaction.
